Nazish Afraz is Program Economist for SEED and Teaching Fellow at the Department of Economics at the Lahore University of Management Sciences. She also teaches BCURE, a Harvard University designed training program to equip civil servants to become more effective commissioners and consumers of evidence.
She has over fifteen years of experience in teaching, and in conducting research to support evidence based public policymaking in the UK and in Pakistan. Nazish is an affiliate at the Consortium for Development Policy Research. Her research interests include industrial development, skills and trade.
Nazish has completed an MPhil in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, an MSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol, and has an undergraduate degree from the Lahore University of Management Sciences.
