OVERVIEW

Designed by Evidence for Policy Design (EPoD) at Harvard Kennedy School, Building Capacity to Use Research Evidence (BCURE) is a comprehensive training course for civil servants and policy makers. The course is on using data for policy making, covering topics such as descriptive evidence, data systems and impact evaluations. The course has been taught to bureaucrats in Pakistan as the National Management Course since 2014.

PROGRESS

SEED, in partnership with the Centre for Economic Research (CERP) Pakistan, delivered the three-day exercise training to over 35 GoKP officials nominated by the P&D Department.

Training on Building Capacity to Use Research Evidence (BCURE) was organised in Peshawar.
Building Capacity to Use Research Evidence (BCURE) training aims to bolster KP government officials' skills in using evidence to make decisions and provide them with tools and frameworks to address organisational constraints.
