KP is bestowed with a natural landscape ideal for tourism and inlux of local and foreign tourists in recent years has proved this assertion and made KP one of the most sought-after tourist destinations in Pakistan. Considering new developments and accelerating growth of the sector, a fresh approach to address the existing challenges at hand is required. 

To this end, SEED is developing a comprehensive business plan for the authority considering all possible avenues of revenue generation, cost structure, identification of funding gap and possible funding options considering its current structure, underlying governing Act & laws, etc. Preliminary financial model has been presented to KPCTA.
