Designed by Evidence for Policy Design (EPoD) at Harvard Kennedy School, Building Capacity to Use Research Evidence (BCURE) is a comprehensive training course for civil servants and policy makers. The course is on using data for policy making, covering topics such as descriptive evidence, data systems and impact evaluations. The course has been taught to bureaucrats in Pakistan as the National Management Course since 2014.
