An e-learning portal has been developed to enhance capacity-building for government officials in KP. Integrated into the P&DD website, it supports structured learning under the auspices of the Pakistan Provincial Services Academy (PPSA) and the Provincial Services Academy (PSA). The portal offers courses on governance, development planning, climate action, gender equality, and public-private partnerships, equipping government officials with essential knowledge. Currently, 10 courses are live, covering topics such as Voluntary Carbon Markets, Project Implementation in KP, Climate Change, Public-Private Partnerships, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

SEED supported in developing and launching the portal, ensuring it meets the needs of KP’s government officials. By providing technical support, course content development, and platform integration, SEED has helped create a modern learning resource that makes capacity-building more accessible and impactful.
